1. Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an Anwalll account, however, gives you:

  • Faster checkout (saved address & payment info)
  • A dashboard to track orders and review history
  • First-look emails on new drops and members-only discounts

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Major credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners*
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay*
  • Cash On Delivery (COD)

* If a payment logo is shown but greyed-out, the option is temporarily unavailable—we’re working to activate it.


3. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Checkout pages are protected by SSL encryption. Card data travels directly—encrypted—to our payment processor for authorisation. Anwalll never stores your full card details.


4. In what currency will I be charged?

Prices default to EUR. At checkout you can toggle USD, GBP, SAR, or MAD; your bank will convert the total at its current rate if you use another currency.


5. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order status is still “Processing,” contact us via support@anwalll.store or live-chat and we’ll update it. Once an order is “Shipped,” the address can’t be modified.


6. How long does shipping take—and how do I track my package?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as we print the label. Customs delays (if any) are beyond our control, but we’re here to help if something stalls.


7. Do you charge customs or duty fees?

Orders to the EU, UK, USA, and GCC under the de-minimis threshold usually clear duty-free. For other destinations, local customs may apply fees; these are the customer’s responsibility.


8. What is your return & exchange policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn item. Use the Returns Portal in your account or email support with your order number. We’ll send a prepaid label where available. Full details are on our Returns page.


9. Something else?
